Dell Hell 2 - the BOOT writes 5,500 words on (barely) surviving 43 days of Dell Hell
Over at the Customer Underground I have posted my longest story ever on a 43 day mistake I made in buying a Dell Computer. If you would like a break from reading up on the online travel industry and would like to engage in a little bit of Techno-Schadenfreude then check out Dell Hell 2.

Hi Tim,
Hate to say I told you so but see tweet sent below during your purchase re: apple - very ironic given your experience with Dell!
Good luck with your mac purchase - I am sure you will be very happy with it.
@andyw720: @hughestim they just work better. Mac OSX is a dream after using any flavour of windows. After sales service is great too!
@Andrew - you did you did. You and many others said words to the effect of "once you Mac you never go back"
As I read your post, I was reminded of those AOL (AOHell) days. Congrats on your neologism Dell Hell :)
That might stick!
