makemytrip customer service is horrible. More than the customer service its the policy or whatever they follow. Their policies are so not customer oriented and its a nightmare to even have simple things like travel dates changed with them.
makemytrip customer service is very good for travelers that then can use it easily when they go for a travel. Now-a-days people are using this site more much. I think it will be more popular in coming years.

Make My Trip has definitely made a great name for itself in the Indian Market and created a lot of competition in the local market. However their profitability is be question mark along with customer service.

I had good experience with MakeMytrip when I opt for Goa Holiday Packages. It was really nice and specially the accommodation provided by them..Quite Satisfied.
