If you love to hate Ryanair as much as me then...

Read this post from Travolution "What happened when a blogger decided to take on Ryanair" and make sure you read the exchange between a "Ryanair Staff member" and web designer Jason Roe.

Great PR for the web developer.

I guess the jury is still out on Ryanair getting publicity. Makes me think of the old adage being their is no such thing as bad publicity. ;-)

gee that was a bit of a shock to read the ryanair staff comments.

i agree an apology is due that is accountable. they should have just put their hand up and thanked jason for letting them know.

if anyone spots a bug on our site we sent them a $20 voucher, not abuse.

well done for keeping your cool jason.
