Great PR for the web developer. I guess the jury is still out on Ryanair getting publicity. Makes me think of the old adage being their is no such thing as bad publicity. ;-)

gee that was a bit of a shock to read the ryanair staff comments.i agree an apology is due that is accountable. they should have just put their hand up and thanked jason for letting them know.if anyone spots a bug on our site we sent them a $20 voucher, not abuse.well done for keeping your cool jason.
