I guess the jury is still out on Ryanair getting publicity. Makes me think of the old adage being their is no such thing as bad publicity. ;-)

gee that was a bit of a shock to read the ryanair staff comments.
i agree an apology is due that is accountable. they should have just put their hand up and thanked jason for letting them know.
if anyone spots a bug on our site we sent them a $20 voucher, not abuse.
