"to give shareholders more time to review disclosures that it made to the Securities and Exchange Commission March 19."It is strange that Sabre is making disclosures so late into the process and therefore risking the possible negative perceptions that comes from a delay in the vote. From the Travelweekly report there does not seem to be anything peculiar in the disclosure but the rumour-monger in me finds it strange that it happened at all.
