This is not a blog post about ???.com relaunched as a travel site
As everyone else got their first overnight my time, I am not going to add to the PR bonanza that the new owners of the URL of dotcom boom, burn rate and bubble burst poster child ???.com are enjoying with the launch of a travel mashup/social network - so you will have to guess the name.

I give it top marks on usability - NOT.
ooh, how cryptic of you.
:-)
I have played with the site and it is very confusing and busy. and I did not find their pricing in Asia very compelling. I love the name and the intial feel of homepage is attractive - it failed to deliver for me when I clicked into search results pages.
The site gets a Big Boo from me
This is one of the curses of Web 2.0 and ajax. It is actually very easy to do a nice looking mash up. So easy in fact that you can hide poor content, usability and pricing much more easily.
Late to the party to comment on this one! Agree with the views on poor usability, read a news item this morning on Jakob Nielsen commenting on the effect of Web 2.0 leading to usability principles being overlooked. I posted a few thoughts on the Dot blog.
Dominic - don't be shy- give us the link
Oops, getting confused with Wordpress where it links from your name. Here we go :) http://dottourism.com/blog/2007/05/14/king-of-usability-questions-effect-of-web-20/
